HOW IS YOUR APPAREL PRINTED ?
all our apparel is printed via dye sublimation - we press each shirt individually by heat press and ensure the prints stay locked in the fabric for good!
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER ?
you will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully received. in additional, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. this notification will include a tracking number for your package.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED ?
we print orders as we receive them, so all shirt blanks and goods are ordered out each monday and shirts are printed the following friday -- allowing us to mail most orders out on saturday or sunday depending on when they were placed. all other goodies like stickers, charms, and the like are in stock unless otherwise stated and are mailed every saturday or sunday!
we sometimes receive a large amount of orders without warning - currently having a staff of one body can make orders difficult to process altogether! if we expect a delay, you will be notified and given an additional gift in your package. if you haven't heard anything from us, and have found there to be a delay in your order, please make sure to contact us directly and you'll get a prompt response.
time frames to expect:
* all preorders mail at the end of the month unless said otherwise ! check item descriptions to see if it is on preorder.
* because all apparel is made to order and printed individually, it can take anywhere from one to three weeks for your order to be shipped out !
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE ?
we currently mail all packages via USPS. smaller weight packages are mailed via FIRST CLASS MAIL, which takes an average about 3 - 5 business days within the United States. heavier orders are mailed out via PRIORITY MAIL, which takes an average of two business days within the United States. international orders typically take 8 - 11 business days to arrive.
I NEED TO CHANGE THE INFORMATION ON MY ORDER / CANCEL IT !
all orders can be canceled before they are properly shipped out, unless the order includes an item currently on preorder.
if you need to change the address or information on your order, just drop us an e-mail with the correct info and we'll change it immediately. information cannot be changed after an order has been shipped out.
HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE AN ITEM I PURCHASED ?
you have ten days after receiving an item to drop us an e-mail for a refund or return. returns for an order will only be provided if the item has not been damaged, worn, soiled, or washed.
refunds will be provided if an order comes to you damaged in any particular manner. the item must be returned within ten business days of filing the refund request. refunds do not include the shipping cost.
